How do I submit a commissary fund request for my incarcerated loved one?
If your loved one is in a New York State prison or jail, complete the commissary request form at thecommissaryfund.org/request-commissary.

Do you serve incarcerated people outside of New York State?
No. At this time, we are able to provide commissary support to incarcerated individuals in New York State only.

What is the status of my commissary support request?
We are a very small, volunteer-run organization with limited funds and a large number of commissary support requests. Due to that, we can't provide specific details related to requests and timing. If selected by The Commissary Fund, we'll notify you (the requestor) and take of sending the money.

What can I do to support the Commissary Fund?
